We have thought long and hard about how to balance your safety (first and foremost) with maintaining the salon’s tranquil setting for you to escape to. We feel we have achieved both.
Although our salon has always had very high hygiene standards, we feel it is important to assure you of the additional measures we are putting in place. You would expect nothing less from us. We have taken professional advice to keep you as safe as possible from COVID-19. All recommended measures have been implemented in line with the government and industry guidelines.
The design of the salon means that you will have your own personal space with no other clients present at any point.
As there are new procedures in place, we will be calling you before your appointment to talk you through them.
Inner Beauty has always used professional-grade and EPA approved sanitisers and disinfectants.
Between every client, all high touch surfaces are cleaned and sanitised, including but not exclusively: door handles, switches, chairs, couch, workstations, and tools used for treatments. At the end of each day, everything is given an additional deep clean.
Environmentally-friendly disposables are being used where possible.
The therapist will be wearing the recommended PPE (in line with the government and industry insurance company specifications).
The changes we have made are all put in place to protect you.
Before your appointment
All clients will be pre-screened the evening before their appointment for the protection of others and to help to keep everyone safe.
Please rebook your appointment if:

Attending your appointment
Please attend your appointment alone and bring a minimal amount of personal items with you.
Appointment times: Please arrive for your appointment exactly on time. Due to the enhanced cleaning regime between every client it is important that appointments run on time to allow for the full clean.
Face coverings: We will kindly be asking clients to wear a facemask. We are happy to supply one free of charge. However, should you have a medical reason that means you are unable to wear one, please let us know and we can provide you with a visor as an alternative. This is in keeping with our insurance specifications.
We will contact all our clients before they attend their treatment and talk them through the new procedures upon arrival.
We hope that you understand these guidelines are in place to protect you. As always, Inner Beauty puts our client’s wellbeing first.
As the government and insurance companies make changes we reserve the right to change any of the above.
The salon reserves the right to ask a client to rebook should we deem the above hasn’t been adhered to.

List prices and opening hours are subject to change without prior notice. Full terms and conditions are available on request and in the salon.
As a sole trader, no shows and last minute cancellations has a huge impact on the business.
I appreciate that at times it is unavoidable, but please give us as much notice as possible and re-book as soon as you can.
If appointments are cancelled/no show with less than 24 hours notice and occur more than twice within a six-month period, then appointments will have to be paid for in full when booked and non-refundable if cancelled or missed.
If you are delayed, I will try my best to offer the full treatment. Unfortunately, if you are late by 15 minutes or more then this will be classed as a missed appointment.
If you are late by less than 15 minutes the full treatment price will be charged for shortened treatments, thus enabling treatments to run on time throughout the day.
Although we always try to provide the treatment you have requested your health and wellbeing is our top priority. It’s really important that if you have any on-going health issue, are under a physician, hospital consultant or you are pregnant please let us know in advance. To protect you there may be occasions when it is inadvisable for certain treatments to be carried out. If you are unsure if you are able to have treatments please do not hesitate to call us. To protect this value we have a consultation form for you to fill in.
It is with regret that Inner Beauty is unable to have the children in the salon (this is the specification of my insurance company).
Late teens are permitted to have treatments if they have signed permission from a parent, and an adult has to be present during the treatment — but are only permitted on the premises if having a treatment.
Facebook promotional vouchers are valid for three months after date of win. A maximum of 2 prizes per client over a calendar month.
Appointments cannot be cancelled and rebooked using a discount or offer within four weeks of the original appointment.
One of the great things about coming to Inner Beauty is there is plenty of on-site parking available located at the entrance of the salon. Please park on the drive.
If you walk down the right hand side of the property you will see a gate. Please make your way down the path to the salon on the left, enter and wait in reception.
