Coronavirus policy

We have thought long and hard about how to balance your safety (first and foremost) with maintaining the salon’s tranquil setting for you to escape to. We feel we have achieved both.

Although our salon has always had very high hygiene standards, we feel it is important to assure you of the additional measures we are putting in place. You would expect nothing less from us. We have taken professional advice to keep you as safe as possible from COVID-19. All recommended measures have been implemented in line with the government and industry guidelines.

The design of the salon means that you will have your own personal space with no other clients present at any point.

Additional measures we are taking

Inner Beauty has always used professional-grade and EPA approved sanitisers and disinfectants.
Between every client, all high touch surfaces are cleaned and sanitised, including but not exclusively: door handles, switches, chairs, couch, workstations, and tools used for treatments. At the end of each day, everything is given an additional deep clean.
Environmentally-friendly disposables are being used where possible.
The therapist will be wearing the recommended PPE (in line with the government and industry insurance company specifications).

What to expect before and during your appointment

Before your appointment

  • Please rebook your appointment if:
  • You have had a positive lateral flow test
  • You or a family member are waiting for a PCR result
  • You or someone you live with has any of the following:
  • a high temperature;
  • the recent onset of a new, continuous cough; or
  • a loss of, or change to, your sense of smell or taste.
  • Someone you live with or are in close/regular contact with is self-isolating.

When booking please inform us if:

  • If you have recently had a COVID vaccination
  • If you have recently had COVID

Attending your appointment

Appointment times: Please arrive for your appointment exactly on time. Due to the enhanced cleaning regime between every client, it is important that appointments run on time to allow for the full clean.

Face coverings: We will kindly be asking clients to wear a face mask. We are happy to supply one free of charge. However, should you have a medical reason that means you are unable to wear one, please let us know and we can provide you with a visor as an alternative. This is in keeping with our insurance specifications.

We hope that you understand these guidelines are in place to protect you. As always, Inner Beauty puts our client’s well-being first.
As the government and insurance companies make changes, we reserve the right to change any of the above.
The salon reserves the right to ask a client to rebook should we deem the above hasn’t been adhered to.
