Booking Fee
To secure a booking, a £30 booking fee for each treatment will be taken and only be refunded if we are given a minimum of 5 working days’ notice for cancellations or re-scheduled appointments.

Missed appointments/cancellations
As a sole trader, no shows and last minute cancellations has a huge impact on the business
I appreciate that at times it is unavoidable, but please give us as much notice as possible and re-book as soon as you can.
If appointments are cancelled/no show with less than 24 hours notice, then all future appointments will have to be paid for in full when booked and non-refundable if cancelled or missed.
Late appointments
If you are delayed, I will try my best to offer the full treatment. Unfortunately, if you are late by 15 minutes or more then this will be classed as a missed appointment.
If you are late by less than 15 minutes the full treatment price will be charged for shortened treatments, thus enabling treatments to run on time throughout the day.
Ongoing health issues and pregnancy
Although we always try to provide the treatment you have requested your health and wellbeing is our top priority. It’s really important that if you have any ongoing health issues, are under a physician, hospital consultant or are pregnant please let us know in advance. To protect you there may be occasions when it is inadvisable for certain treatments to be carried out. If you are unsure if you are able to have treatments, please do not hesitate to call us. To protect this value, we have a consultation form for you to fill in.
Children
It is with regret that Inner Beauty is unable to have the children in the salon (this is the specification of my insurance company).
Late teens are permitted to have treatments if they have signed permission from a parent, and an adult has to be present during the treatment — but are only permitted on the premises if having a treatment.
Parking
One of the great things about coming to Inner Beauty is there is plenty of on-site parking available located at the entrance of the salon. Please park on the drive.

If you walk down the right-hand side of the property you will see a gate. Please make your way down the path to the salon on the left, enter and wait in reception.
Facebook competitions and offers
Facebook promotional vouchers are valid for three months after the date of win. A maximum of 2 prizes per client over a calendar month.
Appointments cannot be cancelled and rebooked using a discount or offer within four weeks of the original appointment.
Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are available for purchase. A thoughtful gift, they are always well received for any occasion.
Choose either a value or a specific treatment. Please phone for further details, payment can be made over the phone or online, vouchers can be posted out free of charge if in the UK or an e-voucher can be sent.
